Foreman Maintenance and Repair (M/W/D) – Mechanics Division

We are a family-run, medium-sized company that produces high-quality castings at the Emsdetten site using state-of-the-art plant technology. First and foremost, our qualified and motivated employees guarantee the best quality and reliability.

As part of a generation change, we are looking for a foreman in the Maintenance and Repair Department (m/f) – area of mechanics – with the following main tasks:

• Repair, maintenance and repair work on production facilities
• Commissioning of machines and plants, fault diagnosis and troubleshooting
• Spare parts planning and procurement – Documentation of maintenance and repairs carried out
• Checking the maintenance work contracted out to third parties
• Coordination and planning of workshop orders; coordination of the maintenance team
• Readiness to do on-call duty outside regular working hours

Your profile

• completed training as an industrial mechanic, machine fitter or similar, preferably with subsequent master craftsman training
• several years of relevant professional experience in the maintenance and repair of machines and production plants; ideally experience as foreman/coordinator or similar.
• reliable, independent and conscientious way of working
• Show initiative and ability to work in a team and possess organisational and communicative skills
